Enclosed is your first monthly bill from PK Water Supply and I would like to make sure you are familiar with a few of the changes to the billing and payment processes. The following are items that should help explain some of the differences:
This bill has a new account number so please make note of this to include with your payments. There were duplicates between the two companies so this change was necessary.
If you have set up to have your bill drafted from your checking account the payment process will not change. It will be processed on the 27th of the month instead of the 11th as it has in the past.
All credit/debit card payments will be processed as follows and can be paid 24 hr. a day, 7 days a week:
~ Go to our website pkwatersupply.com.
~ Access the direct link to the payment system.
~ With your new PK Water Supply account number, set up your account with information that will be secured by a password that you establish.
~ For credit/ debit card payments the individual bill can be paid each month or you can set up the account to be paid automatically every month by accessing the auto-pay tab. These will be processed on the 27th of each month.
~ Multiple accounts must be set up separately.
~ If you do not have access to the internet, you can pay the monthly bill by calling 844-200-2458.
~ If you have any questions or need any help, please call us or there is a 24 hour help line that is on the first screen to sign. (1-800-639-2435)
Payment can continue to be made by check or cash by sending to our office at 1170 Willow Rd., Graford, TX 76449. Make checks payable to PK Water Supply.
The following rates will apply:
~ Residential Monthly Minimum $41.15
~ 1-10,000 gallons per month $ 3.32 per 1,000 gallons
~ 10,001 to 20,000 gallons per month $ 5.00 per 1,000 gallons
~ 20,001 to 50,000 gallons per month $ 8.00 per 1,000 gallons
~ 50,000+ gallons per month $15.00 per 1,000 gallons
~ .5% State Regulatory Fee will apply to the sub-total of the bill

This billing is for six (6) weeks so all members will have the same billing date. The monthly minimum and the water rate ranges have been prorated for the six (6) week period. The new read date will be the 15th of each month and the billing will be mailed on the 20th with the 18th of the next month as the due date.

Billing and Payments
PKWSC reads the meters around the 15th of each month and the bills are mailed on the 20th and are past due the 18th of the following month. Checks should be made payable to PKWSC and mailed:

Enclose the right portion of your statement with your payment. Do not mail cash. Use a check or money order when paying by mail.
If you pay automatically through your bank, please allow 5 to 7 days for their payment to reach our office. This should void the late payment fee.
If you like, you may pay your bill in person at our main office at 1170 Willow Road from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We also provide a drop box to accept after hours payments.
Annual Stand-By Fee
The $300.00 Annual Stand-by Fee is billed to property owners that do not have meters and are mailed in January of each year. These are past due after the 28th of February. This fee is to maintain the water distribution for the entire community to insure it meets all requirements of the Texas Water Code.
New Meter Installation
Requests for new meter installation should be directed to PKWSC. The membership application is listed below, but can also be obtained by calling the office at 940-779-3100.
